- Right to Grievance Redressal: The right to an effective and expeditious grievance redressal mechanism provided by the Data Fiduciary.
- Right to Nominate: The right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
