Welcome to entc.in (“Site”). This document (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions,” or “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, the user (“User,” “you,” or “your”), and entc.in, the sole proprietorship operating this Site (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any courses, or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Site.

4.1. License to Access Courses

Upon successful payment for a Course, entc.in grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license is for the duration specified for each course (e.g., lifetime access, 1-year access, etc.), as indicated on the course description page at the time of purchase.

Access to Courses requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Any specific software or hardware requirements will be detailed on individual course pages. entc.in is not responsible for any issues arising from your failure to meet these technical requirements.

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1. Pricing

Prices for Courses are listed on the Site and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

5.2. Payment Processing

All payments for courses on entc.in are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, primarily **Razorpay**. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Razorpay or any other chosen payment gateway for processing transactions.
entc.in does not store your sensitive payment instrument details (like full credit card numbers) on its servers. Such information is securely handled by the payment gateway.

5.3. Taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, as per Indian tax laws, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.4. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. Ownership

All Content on the Site, including Courses, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of entc.in or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. Limited License

Your purchase of a Course grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your own educational purposes only, as per Section 4.1. This does not transfer any ownership rights or allow you to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Content without express written consent from entc.in.

6.3. User-Generated Content

If the Site allows you to post content (e.g., comments, forum posts, assignments), you grant entc.in a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all your user-generated content.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Site and Courses only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall entc.in, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Courses; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
In no event shall entc.in’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the specific Course giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless entc.in and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Site or Courses, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site. Provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that the courts in **[Pune, Maharashtra, State in India]** shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within [30] days, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be **[Pune, Maharashtra, State in India]**. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [30] days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. 15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site.
